SPEAKER SETUP 音箱设置

Sound is fifty percent of the entertainment experience. Great sound can really bring out the power of the visual presentation, and speaker placement is essential to experiencing the true impact of movies, music and games. THX provides helpful speaker setup and positioning tips for:

7.1 SPEAKER LAYOUT 7.1音箱布局

A 7.1 system setup uses 4 surround speakers. To get the most out of your 7.1 set-up, the SBL and SBR should be the direct firing type, placed together on the back wall. This allows the THX Advanced Speaker Array, or ASA technology to deliver its maximum effect.

一套7.1系统设置使用4个环绕音箱。为了实现最佳的7.1设置，SBL和SBR应该设置为direct firing模式，一起放置在位于后面的墙上。这允许THX高级音箱阵列，或ASA技术去传递它的最好的效果。

If the SBL and the SBR can’t be placed together, refer to the pre-amplifier or receiver’s "THX Setup" menu for alternative configurations to maximize your system’s potential.

DOLBY TRUEHD or DTS-HD BACK SURROUND PLACEMENT Dolby TrueHD 和 DTS-HD后环绕布置

If you have an AV receiver with the ability to decode Dolby TrueHD and/or DTS-HD, and you are playing 7.1 discrete content, then you will want to separate the back surround speakers to produce a 60 degree angle from the main listening location.

In addition, you should make an adjustment to your receiver setting. Simply go to the THX Setup Menu in your THX Certified AV Receiver/Pre-amp and set the ASA Surround Back Speaker setting to "Apart (greater than 48)."

FRONT SPEAKER PLACEMENT 主音箱布置

The left and right front speakers are placed at ear height, producing a 45° angle as viewed from the main seat. This delivers a wide sound stage and precise localization of individual sounds.

CENTER CHANNEL SPEAKER PLACEMENT 中置音箱布置

The center channel speaker is placed either above or below the display. Depending on the placement, aim this speaker either up or down to point directly at the listener. If you have a perforated screen, center this speaker both horizontally and vertically behind the screen.

SIDE SURROUND SPEAKER PLACEMENT 侧环绕音箱布置

The left and right surround speakers recreate the enveloping sound and intense special effects that you experience at the cinema. These speakers are placed between 90° to 110° to each side and 2 feet or higher above the listener.

左侧和右侧环绕音箱再现犹如你在影院中体验到的包围音场和激烈特效。这些音箱被放置在与收听者呈90至110度的角度以及2英尺或更高的的上方。

BACK SURROUND SPEAKER PLACEMENT 后置环绕音箱布置

The left and right surround back speakers are direct firing, placed together on the back wall to take maximum advantage of THX’s patented Advanced Speaker Array (ASA) technology. Using this speaker setup, THX ASA digitally reconfigures the surround channels to recreate the appropriate sound fields for movies, music and games.

SUBWOOFER PLACEMENT 低音炮布置

There are a few variations for subwoofer placement, depending on how many subwoofers you have for your system. If you have four subs, place them cross pattern in the middle of each wall. If you have two, put them in the middle of opposing walls. If you have one, place it in the middle of the front wall.

有些许变化对于低音炮的布置，取决于多少你的系统有多少个低音炮。如果你有四台，把它们放置成十字架形排列在每一堵墙的中间。如果你有两台，把它们放置在对立的两堵墙中间。如果你有一台，则把它放置在前面墙的中间。
